- Helped lead task force dedicated to daily administration of the campus network, and provided technical support for the campus faculties.

- Designed and deployed 300 user Windows NT networks and integrated with campus computing resources. The initial deployment was well accepted and became the basis of multiple NT administrative domains founded later in that site.
